Contest Terms:
  1. No purchase is necessary.
  2. The Contest commences on July 01, 2023, at 12:00:01 a.m. E.S.T. and continues indefinitely.
  3. The Contest is open to any individuals who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory/country of residence, who are mentally competent and are not prohibited by law from participating in such contests, and excluding employees and contractors of the Translation Agency of Canada. There are no geographical restrictions.
  4. Participants must complete the designated online survey form, which will be provided through Google Forms. The form will require participants to provide their name, e-mail address, their phone number, and organization name, and other optional information. By submitting an entry, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
  5. Random draws will be conducted each month, with the exact date of each draw to be determined by the Translation Agency of Canada, with the results shared with the participants.
  6. Personal Information: The Translation Agency of Canada will collect and store personal information provided by participants, including their name, email address, phone number, and organization name. The agency will use secure methods to protect the confidentiality of the data and will comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations. The storage of personal information will be limited to Google servers where the forms and entries and e-mails are stores and accessed only by authorized personnel.

Data Usage: By entering the contest, participants consent to the Translation Agency of Canada using their personal information for the purpose of administering the contest, announcing the winners, contacting participants regarding the contest results, and providing information about the agency's services through email campaigns and phone calls.   8. Communication Channels: The Translation Agency of Canada will primarily use email as the main communication channel with participants. If provided, phone numbers may also be used for communication purposes. Participants' contact details will be accessible only to designated agency managers and will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and used responsibly.
  9. One (1) prize is available to be won each month with the value of $250 CAD. The winner will be selected randomly using an online randomizer platform.
  10. Winning and non-winning entries do not carry over to the next monthly draws.
  11. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible unique entries received each month.
  12. A mathematical skill-testing question will have to be answered correctly to win.
  13. Participants agree to be contacted after submitting the entry in this contest by the contacts included in the entry (e-mail and phone number) and by other contacts that are made publicly available, indefinitely, and with no limit on the number of communications.
  14. Participants can waive their consent to be contacted at any time by contacting us at business@translationagencyofcanada.ca.
  15. Distribution: The winner will be notified by email or phone and will be given the option to choose their preferred method of prize delivery. The agency may request the winner's bank account details for direct money transfer, or alternatively, provide the prize through secure methods such as Interac e-transfer or PayPal. The Translation Agency of Canada will take appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of the winner's banking information.
  16. Intellectual Property: By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge and agree that the Translation Agency of Canada may use their contest submissions, including any ideas or concepts expressed therein, for promotional purposes, marketing materials, and online content without any obligation to compensate or seek permission from the participants.
  17. Disputes: Any disputes arising from or related to the contest shall be resolved through email correspondence.   18. General Terms: The Translation Agency of Canada reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice or liability. The agency also reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms and conditions, tamper with the entry process, or engage in any fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

Promotion Terms:

This promotion gives a right to the eligible customer to receive translation or localization of up to 1,000 (one thousand) words in any 1 (one) source language to any 1 (one) target language when that customer is ordering and pre-paying in full for the order for translation or localization of 2,000 (two thousands) words and more.
  2. The promotion commences on July 01, 2023, at 12:00:01 a.m. E.S.T. and continues until December 31, 2023, 11:59:59 p.m. E.S.T.
  3.
