Additionally: translation into English or FrenchThe consulate issues the certificate on an official letterhead in English, based on information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine regarding criminal prosecution, the presence (or absence) of convictions, or restrictions under Ukraine’s criminal procedural law.
However, the consular seal is in Ukrainian, which means that to be used in Canada, the certificate must be translated into English or French. We can provide a certified translation of the document immediately after it is received.
