Quebec's Bill 96, "An Act respecting French, the official and common language of Québec," significantly impacts businesses in the province by introducing stricter French language requirements. Compliance is crucial, and effective bilingual communication is more important than ever.
At Translation Agency of Canada, we specialize in professional translation services to help your business meet these demands:
Ensuring Compliance
Offering content in both French and English enhances customer experience, building trust among Quebec's predominantly French-speaking population. Our translations are culturally relevant and compelling.
Internal documents, including employment contracts and workplace policies, must be available in French. Our services extend to all internal communications, ensuring compliance and fostering better employee relations.
Navigating Bill 96 can be time-consuming. By partnering with Translation Agency of Canada, you can focus on your core activities while we handle your translation needs efficiently.
Bill 96 mandates that all public-facing communications prioritize French, including websites, social media, and marketing materials. Our expert translators ensure your content complies with these regulations while maintaining your brand’s voice.

Certified Translations
Most of the translations are certified by our Agency and a Commissioner of Oaths in Canada. Such translations satisfy the requirements of Canadian immigration authorities, employers and insurance companies.
Rarely, translations need to be done and stamped specifically by translators who are members of an association of translators in Canada (ATIO, OTTIAQ, STIBC, etc.). Most government offices do not require such certification but some licensing organizations do.
Sometimes, embassies and consulates (Russia, Cuba, Mexico, Spain, and a few others) require translations to be notarized by a Notary Public in Canada. This is usually for use outside of Canada.
Translations from $58 per document + Notarization from $75 per document
Business clients usually don't need any official certification at all. The translations are the same and are done by the same highly-skilled translators, it's just that we all save money on removing unnecessary certification paperwork.
Taxes extra. We accept credit and debit cards, Interac e-transfer, cheques, PayPal, and cash.
