Professional Qualities We Look For

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage business correspondence with clients via email and messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Facebook) following company scripts.
  • Handle requests, gather information and files, set pricing and timelines, confirm payments, communicate with translators, and deliver completed translations.
  • Record client and order information in the CRM database.
  • Manage work chats.
  • Conduct research and information analysis online as needed.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for speed and accuracy.

Test Task 1: Copy a paragraph from any Wikipedia article in French into a clean Google Docs file as text only. Download an image of a stamp with a transparent background, overlay it on the text so it partially covers it, and share the link for anyone with access to view the file.
Test Task 2: Create a Google Sheets file listing dates from September 1, 2023, to the current date in the first column. Highlight Mondays in yellow and change the text color to red for the first 15 days of each month. Share the viewable link.
