We are seeking a bilingual individual (English and French) for client phone communication via IP telephony. Email remains the primary client contact method, but some clients prefer phone inquiries or status updates.

Professional Qualities We Look For
  • Fluent spoken and written English and French.
  • English level of C1 or higher.
  • Strong oral communication, clear speech, and absence of filler words.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients, ask questions, and listen actively.
  • Customer-focused, tech-savvy, and capable of multitasking with accurate data entry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian or Spanish is a plus.
Requirements
  • Own a computer with sufficient processing power for browser and messaging tabs.
  • Quiet workspace with a stable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Telephone headset with noise cancellation (may be provided).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from new and existing clients.
  • Make outbound calls to inform clients and follow up on missed calls.
  • Record and retrieve client information in our CRM system.
  • Build trust with clients and identify their needs, interests, and expectations.
