Business clients often don't need any official certification at all as soon as the translation is done quickly and with good quality.
Translation Agency of Canada has been helping individual clients and organizations all across Canada and abroad with translations of their documents for the last 20 years.
Most of our translations are done by translatorsnative to the target language and certified in the corresponding language pair by an association of professional translators in Canada.
We carefully review requirements from the client and from the appropriate authority on how to certify the translations in each case.
Given how requirements from different authorities can vary, our translations can be certified by the translators themselves, by a manager of the Agency, by a Commissioner of Oaths, or by a Notary Public. Sometimes translations need to be authenticated and legalized (and we do that, too!)

Non-Certified Translations
Business clients usually don't need any official certification at all. The translations are the same and are done by the same highly-skilled translators, it's just that we all save money on removing unnecessary certification paperwork.
Most of the translations are certified by our Agency and a Commissioner of Oaths in Canada. Such translations satisfy the requirements of Canadian immigration authorities, employers and insurance companies.
Rarely, translations need to be done and stamped specifically by translators who are members of an association of translators in Canada (ATIO, OTTIAQ, STIBC, etc.). Most government offices do not require such certification but some licensing organizations do.
Sometimes, embassies and consulates (Russia, Cuba, Mexico, Spain, and a few others) require translations to be notarized by a Notary Public in Canada. This is usually for use outside of Canada.

As far as we know, in order to get a full license in Canada, you need to translate both: the driver's licence from your home country, AND the certificate of driving experience. If you have it ready, please upload it as well.
Sorry, we cannot help you. Only an ICBC-approved translator located in B.C. can translate your documents. Please select another translator from this list.
Sorry, the Nova Scotia Registry of Motor Vehicles has recently changed its requirements for translation certification. They only accept a very limited list of translators. We will check which suitable translators are currently available for your project and will get back to you by e-mail with all the details, prices, and deadlines. Please expect our e-mail within 1-2 days.

Question 7 of 9. How do you spell your last name and first name in Canadian documents in English?
1. Shipping with regular mail will be free for you within Canada (outside of Canada — as much as they charge us), delivery is approximately 1–2 weeks within Canada, but there is a risk of losing the letter. We recommend shipping by courier. 2. For Xpresspost, we charge $25 + tax (a total of $28.25, usually 1–3 days). If you prefer any other courier company, let us know, and we will accommodate that. 3. If you need the originals urgently, you can pick them up from our office when they are ready.
Question 9 of 9. We will, of course, send you electronic versions of translations to check, when they are ready. However, most likely, you will still need paper versions of your translations. There are multiple options to receive paper versions of the translations, if you need them:
Note: All calculations on this website are preliminary. All prices are negotiable. You can still pay for your order to speed things up, but we will re-confirm everything by e-mail after we review your documents. This never yet happened, but we reserve the right to amend the price quote and turnaround time above after reviewing your documents and inputs.
You can pay by credit and debit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and UnionPay. Please click on the button below and complete the payment.
When done, please e-mail us the screenshot with the Transaction ID, so that we can start translating while the money is still on the way. Our e-mail is mail@translationagencyofcanada.ca. Here is an example of how the screenshot looks like:
