1. We absolutely need to see scans or photographs of your documents (both sides — front and back) or check the text of your power of attorney (preferably in a Word file). There are different forms of documents, and even standard birth certificates differ — believe us, we’ve seen a lot of different ones.

2. We need to know in which country these documents will be used. In 99% of cases, we can help, but we need to know in which country the documents will be used in order to know about the legalization of which country they will tell you (the procedures for different consulates are different).
